That's what I think I'll do - use my 'creative licensure' after all it will be my version in the end.

I think it just makes them more personal. After all, I doubt if anyone who hasn't made a Jane would notice, and even if they have, they wouldn't be able to remember the position of every block/tri.

It's a good one Luv! Finished the blocks and am starting the tris now. Going to look at Lace's instructions so I won't screw it up.

Well done Jan, what a good idea doing the blocks and then the tris. Will keep this in mind for when I start falling behind.

Need help with H11 if anyone can remember doing it LOL, have checked out week 9 blocks that everyone has done and this block seems perfect in all the pics. I just can't get it, :( doing all those weird 'y' or 'inset' seams around the pinwheel is just not happening for me. Have tried twice and dumped both in disgust. Any tips would be sooooo appreciated.

Oh Gosh Bev, I have NOT forgotten making that block! I remember thinking, well, I need to just chunk the whole project, I'll NEVER get this block made. I did though and you will too. Mine wasn't perfect by any means, but I didn't do it over and now in the quilt..it looks just fine.

Here is a link to a blog which I found very helpful in making the quilt. I did mine similar to this way..however the trick is the "y" seams. I discovered when I neared the end that the trick to those is to line up the seam and then kinda pop out the middle part and fold it flat so the seam is flat, then sew. If you can' get it...I'll try to take a pic of that weird process later today for you.
